were a pantomime trio
who were never plainclothes and never undercover
the summer of 1991 of Magaluf, Balearic isle,
turning up in Bananas, BCM, the other dancing hives of the strip
stepping out of doorways on the maindrag
looking for customers
a score
miscreant gringos
and they traversed the hot months of
may june july august september
and they brought a few trophies home
lasses and lads banged up for a day or 3
in local jails
but what i see is the comedy moustaches
baggy suits and the three of them always together conjoined as tres hermanos
